1:00 PM - 3:00 PM	University & College Relations Committee Meeting All DIS Members are encouraged to attend a committee meeting and get involved! The College and University Relations Committee is the main connection with our institutes of higher learning. The committee looks for opportunities to connect with students and faculty and promote ductile and compacted graphite iron through those connections.
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM	Programs & Publications Committee Meeting All DIS Members are encouraged to attend a committee meeting and get involved! The Programs and Publications Committee is primarily responsible for the technical content portion of the spring and fall society meetings. The committee should focus on providing timely and relevant topics related to the development, research, production, sales and market conditions of Ductile and Compacted Graphite Irons.
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM	Marketing Committee Meeting All DIS Members are encouraged to attend a committee meeting and get involved! The Marketing Committee’s focus is in line with the society’s mission of promoting the production and application of ductile and compacted graphite iron castings.
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM	Membership Committee All DIS Members are encouraged to attend a committee meeting and get involved! The Membership Committee is primarily responsible for identifying and recruiting potential new members, on-boarding new members, and seeking to understand why members choose to leave the society.

Cancellation Policy: No registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made less than 10 full business days prior to the meeting start date. Based upon the advance registrations, DIS commits to a guaranteed meal count for that event, prior to the event. DIS pays for those meals regardless of whether all registered individuals actually attend the event.

Please note that DIS has no control over the hotel cancellation policies, and all individuals are responsible for their own hotel reservations and cancellations.
